Salon Policies: - No additional guests permitted. - Arrive 5 minutes early to fill out forms. - Arrive within 15 minutes of the appointment start time to avoid a $25 late fee. - Cancellation within 24 hours incurs a fee. - Clients over 6 months pregnant may not undergo treatments requiring prolonged back lying. - Children are not allowed. - We do not accept cash. Eyelash Extension Fill Policy: - For fills, clients need 50% of lashes from the previous set for a 2-Week Fill and 25% for a 3-Week Fill. - Clean lashes are mandatory. - Avoid mascara or eye makeup. - A Patch Test can be requested 24-48 hours before the appointment to check for allergies. Failure to request the test waives our liability in case of a reaction. - Age requirement: 18 and above. - Compliance with Aftercare Instructions is crucial for brow and lash health. Brow Lamination & Lash Lift & Tint Policy: - Clean brows are a must. - Clients can opt for a Patch Test 24-48 hours before the appointment to test for allergies. Cancellation Policy
We charge a 30% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
No shows will be charged 100% for the service they have missed.
There is a $25 late fee for clients who are late beyond the 15 minute grace period.
